Truth or the Lie

In the world’s system, absolute truth has been replaced with a mandate to embrace “your truth” and “my truth”.  Global leaders, media, and even many I once called to a five-fold ministry position, parrot words such as, “You must hear and respect his or her truth.” 

MY WORDS are true.  MY WORDS are life.  MY WORDS are the bread that will nourish and sustain you. 

DO NOT BE DECEIVED at this hour.  Know My voice, not by merely reading the Word.  Know My voice because you know Me, through experiential, day-to-day, moment-by-moment, listening to, adhering to, as you live in Me and experientially prove my goodness and faithfulness to be true in all situations. 

DO NOT RELY ON ANOTHER to hear Me on your behalf.  YOU are My son, YOU are My daughter.  I not only desire to, but I will also speak with you.  Do not place another before Me.  Do not put another voice before Me.  Come to Me.  Seek Me, and you will find Me.  I have knocked and am knocking.  Will you open the door (Rev. 3:20), and encounter Me, commune with Me, allowing Me to speak words that will nourish, strengthen, and uplift you?

I have said, “My sheep know My voice, and follow me.”  Many follow voices that are 98% true, yet that 2% which are lies, will be enough to plant seeds that will deceive and destroy.  A 16 oz glass of pure water with just a half teaspoon of arsenic will still kill. 

How can one recognize My Words?  Does what one says line up with the plumb line of My Word?  Does it confirm what I have spoken to you personally?  Sons and daughters are led by My Spirit (Romans 8:14). My Spirit indwells you to lead you into all truth (John 16:13)… does Holy Spirit bear witness to what you hear? 

Do you remember when I walked with My disciples on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35), when I spoke with them, their hearts burned. Does your heart burn, is it stirred with the fire of My love and truth when someone speaks?  That is Holy Spirit bearing witness with you, telling you that the words are Mine.  That is My life flowing to and in you through the words being released, igniting the embers and flames in your heart to grow hotter, and increase.

My Words always bring light, life, nourishment, and transformation.  I always invite you into the “more” and deeper relationship with Me.  A wolf seeks to have sheep rely on them, seek them, instead of turning the attention of the sheep toward Me.  They seek to place your focus on them as your source and destination.  Do you remember, I said, “If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father”  (John 14:19). I always said what My Father said, and did what My Father did (John 5:19-20). I was sent to bring all to the Father (John 14:16; 17:3)… He was and is our destination. 

One who truly loves Me, will always bring the sheep to Me, not to themselves.  Those who are truly mine, will take the “hand” of the sheep, and place it in Mine alone.  All they do, all they say is from, for, and unto Me, Me alone.

I have said “The truth that you know will set you free” (Jn. 8:31-32).  Likewise, the lies that are believed will encase one in chains of bondage, providing not a tower of refuge, but a dark, dank prison, leading to death.  Are you taking in truth, believing the truth, acting on the truth, which is absolute, never changing, or are you deceived by lies which are mis*information: false account or intelligence received (Webster’s 1828).

I am true.  I am faithful.  I am good. I am unchanging, forever the same, forever faithful. The words I speak are the truth.  Absolute truth.  I do not change.  There is no shadow or darkness in Me.  I cannot, will not lie… never did, never will, not now, not ever. 

I call My own to My side, to Me, to listen to Me, hear Me, heed Me.  It is imperative, that My children know My voice, and walk with, in, and through Me.  There is no other way, but to live in My Presence, fully surrendered, and hearkening to My voice.  You were created for the purpose of relationship with Me. It is within this relationship, knowing My voice, one discerns the lies, rejecting all deception.  Come close, remain close, abiding in Me, continually, hearing Me only.

SCRIPTURES:

2 Sam. 7:28 (CJB):   Now, Adonai Elohim, you alone are God; your words are truth…

Psalm 33:4 (CJB): For the word of Adonai is true, and all his work is trustworthy.

Psalm 119:60 (GW):  There is nothing but truth in your word, and all of your righteous regulations endure forever.

Matthew 7: 24-27 (CJB): “So, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on bedrock.

The rain fell, the rivers flooded, the winds blew and beat against that house, but it didn’t collapse, because its foundation was on rock.

But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not act on them will be like a stupid man who built his house on sand.

Col. 2:8 (Weymouth): Take care lest there be someone who leads you away as prisoners by means of his philosophy and idle fancies, following human traditions and the world’s crude notions instead of following Christ.

Col. 2:8 (AMP): See to it that no one carries you off as spoil or makes you yourselves captive by his so-called philosophy and intellectualism and vain deceit (idle fancies and plain nonsense) following human traditions… and disregarding the teachings of Christ…

2 Thes. 2:13 (CJB): when you heard the Word of God from us, you received it not merely as a human word, but as it truly is, God’s Word, which is at work in you believers.

2 Thes. 2: 9-10 (CJB): When this man who avoids Torah comes, the Adversary will give him the power to work all kinds of false miracles, signs and wonders. He will enable him to deceive, in all kinds of wicked ways, those who are headed for destruction because they would not receive the love of the truth that could have saved them.
